What is Healing Hypnotherapy?

Your hypnotherapy session is customised to your current needs, focusing on your key desire right now. Hypnosis is a natural state we all go into several times a day. It is therefore completely safe – you

cannot get stuck in hypnosis and you are in control the whole time. Whilst in a state of hypnosis you will feel relaxed and comfortable which allows your subconscious mind to open up to the power of suggestion to change your limiting beliefs.

This particular session combines healing techniques including sound therapy, crystal healing, chakra clearing and affirmations as well as hypnotherapy. You will be given some tools and techniques to take away with you, empowering you to be a part of your own healing journey.
